My first blog. I'm unsure how to begin. It's as if I'm starting from scratch. I should find that liberating, but at the moment it is paralyzing. Maybe I should talk about why I'm here. I feel dry and creatively vacant. I need to recapture that fluid and expressive part of myself that has drowned in the hollowness of day-to-day life. So here I am, using this medium to reinvent my creative spirit. It is here that I will start to tell the story of my present and past as it relates to the world in which I inhabit. A world exiting Bush years and entering the Obama era. I'm not sure what that will mean as we continue down the 2009 trail, but my goal is to reinvent the way I think of the world each and every day.
So here we are--whoever we ends up being. Welcome to the blog house. I'm glad to be here.
